April 17, 2011 – Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA) is pleased to announce it has acquired 24-7 Nursing and Medical Services. This acquisition took effect on April 17th, 2011.
With the addition of 24-7, DNA will now employ over 1,500 employees and provide services for over 250 clients. This acquisition will offer our new and existing employees more opportunities and it will allow DNA to better serve its clients in Central and Eastern Pa.
DNA would like to welcome all 24-7 Nursing and Medical Services employees and clients to the DNA family! We look forward to working with you. Melissa Hamilton will be joining DNA’s management team and will continue to operate DNA’s office in Lewisburg, Pa.
