DNA Acquires Lifespan Medical Personnel

June 28, 2012 – Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA)  is pleased to announce it has acquired Lifespan Medical Personnel, Inc. This acquisition took effect on June 28, 2012.

With the addition of Lifespan Medical Personnel, DNA will now employ over 1,800 employees and provide services to over 350 clients. This acquisition will offer our new and existing employees more opportunities and it will allow DNA to better serve its clients in Eastern Pa.

DNA would like to welcome all Lifespan Medical Personnel employees and clients to the DNA family! We look forward to working with you. Rosee Warner, RN and Cheli Martinez, RN, BSN will be joining the DNA team and will continue to operate DNA’s office in Reading, Pa.
